Italian meatloaf

I like to make mini loaves instead of 1 big loaf. This should make 4 nice size portions for you!

 1 1/4-1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
 1 large egg
 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
 1/4 cup tomato sauce
 1/2 parsley(chopped)
 1/2 tsp pepper
 1/2 tsp garlic salt


 Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in bowl,mix until well blended. Split meat mixture into 4. Form 4 mini meatloaves on baking sheet. Cook 35 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy :)
