Berrylicious!!

I have a new obsession,and it is smoothies for breakfast. Here is the first of many that I plan on making.
1/2 cup frozen berries(I use blackberries,raspberries,strawberries,and blueberries)
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
2-3 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into blender and blend or pulse to desired consistency. Enjoy!

Chicago is my kinda town...






These are some of my pics from our annual trip back to Chicago. We go back to visit family and friends,visit favorite sights,and of course eat the best food in the world! We love taking this trip every year. It was a bit more trying this year w/ the twins in their terrible two's,but still managed to have a fantastic time.
